If you are having problems seeing all of the website elements on screen

In Internet Explorer, go to VIEW-TOOLBARS, and make sure that the STATUS BAR is selected.  Then, on the right side of the Status Bar, at the bottom right hand side of the page, click the down arrow that is to the right of 100%.  Choose 75%, and everything should now be viewable.  Alternatively, you can choose VIEW-ZOOM directly from the IE menu.

In Firefox, you will need to download and install the Quick Page Zoom Add-On.  Next, maximize the Firefox window, then press F11 to enter FULL SCREEN MODE.  Right click in the center of the page, and choose Zoom Out Page from the popup menu.  Zoom out until you can see the entire site.

In Google Chrome, there is a page icon in the upper right hand side of the screen.  Select ZOOM from the pull down menu, and then select SMALLER.

Safari uses the same method as Chrome.

In Opera, make sure that the menu bar is checked, and then use the zoom feature from the VIEW menu.  Opera chose a different set of zoom figures.  The 80% should be roughly equivalent to the 75% in IE.

Other browsers will have similar features or functions.

If you are having trouble reading the text because it is too small

Use the same zoom function, but select 125% instead of 75% as the zoom factor.
